This whole report was made by Vickie's crazy ex youtube friend who is going to great lengths to try and slander her and Vickie  has done none of these things that are alleged and is not harrassing him either. The other post on here saying that she lives in Houston with her boyfriend named "Jeff Bailey" is not true at all and that isn't what he looks like. so whoever wrote that has the wrong Vickie .but like I said this entire report was made to try and get back at Vickie by somebody who hates her and is clearly sick.

Vickie is a victim of Cyberstalking and Harrassment. That's why SHE reported it to law-enforcement.  Funny thing is law enforcement interviewed her, looked closely at her documentation and they did not arrest her.  She is the victim not the criminal.

I am a clairsentient (clear feeling or empathic) tarot reader on Liveperson, which was once Kasamba. I know you probably won't be reading this. However, I did want to make an attempt to answer your question.

The reason why any reader often reads for a client that they may have a bad feeling about is because more often than not, we ignore our own intuition and abilities and give the client the benefit of the doubt. I feel stupid every time, I read for a client who later bad rates me for no reason other than wanting to harm my reputation for not telling them what they want to hear. Or even worse, a client rating me badly on behalf of another reader that wants to sabotage another expert's reputation.
 
It is stupidity on our part, but it's not because we don't have the ability that we say we do. It's also not that our ability doesn't exist. It's because those of us who are truly light workers and natural born tend to try to see the good in people. Clients play on this and it takes a while to get it into the mindset that while we need to care for the client and put our emotions into it, it's important to keep in mind that we need to be business oriented as well.

If we don't, then we become prey to clients and other readers who wish to harm. I know that I try to ignore and not focus on the dark experts and clients in this industry. I find that if I focus on the bad, I get a lot of bad clients. However, if I focus on the good, then I may get clients that give bad ratings or even worse post on ripoffreport, but I also get good, genuine clients as well who stand up for me. It's a little principle called the law of attraction. The law of attraction is a universal law that basically states that we receive what we put our focus on.

Hello my name is Martha Cane and I am forwarding the letter sent to me about Vickie Rice and Identity Theft. This letter was sent to me by Vickie's Husband.

My wife Vickie Rice and I were living a comfortable life in the Mid-West when our identity was stolen.  We did at one time live at 17700 El Camino Real #628 in Houston. When you said you chose this person due to the cheapness you said it all. I'm so very sorry for your experience. I can assure you that there are so many other caring readers who want to help you and others.

Please in the future find a reader due to their comments, ratings, and experience rather than cheapness. You do get what you pay for sometimes. Many readers charge less than 5 dollars a minute and can do so much to help you, so you can get help without going broke.

Please know your reader before you hire, and don't give up. I do know kasamba's rules allow for one refund per client and then they don't allow refunds after that. If you've already received one refund from kasamba you won't receive more. I hope that helps you and good luck!

If you employee such fantastic fortune tellers why can't you predict these problems? I would think you would forsee such disruptive events and prevent them. If you can "read" people you should know if they are going to cause trouble.
