I paid for spell work, was supposed to be done for 6 weeks. I paid over $800 and she only sent photos for a few days. Then she emailed me saying she will throw everything in the trash and stop the work.

I filed many disputes to get my money back. She lied so bad and won the case. She is a complete crook. I should have never paid her when she said she didn't know when results happen or what happens. SHE IS A COMPLETE LIAR AND CROOK/FRAUD. She has many sites she sells on.

AVOID THIS PIECE OF CRAP SCAMMER!!

Misleading Account by a Disgruntled Client Using and Alias

AUTHOR: VictoriaZ - ()

POSTED: Sunday, December 29, 2013

I am Victoria Zasikowski. I live in WALES, not England "Nicole".

First off, I do not offer any spell service that covers a 6 week period of time. I never have, and never will.I DO offer a 30 day spell casting service though. These are priced at £295 . If someone ordered 2 of these, they would both be done at the same time, ie 2 lots of this service would still take 30 days.

Second, I have never done any extensive spell work like this for anyone called Nicole from Louisiana. And I have only ever done extensive spell work for someone who has subsequently had the work cease half way through for ONE person, and her name was not Nicole..........

3rd, the date the report on this site was filed - it matches exactly the date of the last email I had from a very rude past client who had that same day filed a Paypal claim against me . This is the one and only time someone has ever filed a Paypal claim against me for a larger sum of money. The woman who filed the request was called Alina Toma, and she lives in CA. I am convinced that if the rip off report website is able to check isp addresses of it's members, they would find that hers links back to Alina Toma

Next - this woman ordered a good deal of spell work from me. Half way through it, she told me that the object of her affections was going to me moving far away to a different job, so that in her mind it was "all over" between them. I have a complete record of all our email exchanges which I am going to put up on my website at www.tarotmagick.co.uk in due course.

Her thinking was it was al over, but she had resigned herself to it . The way she was talking, I pointed out to her that it was pretty pointless me continuing work to try and keep them together if she was accepting it was over. I asked her if she wanted me to do some other spell work to help her heal and move on. I explained that as pointed on on my website, I do not do refunds for spell work that has been started already. This is because (a) I make much of the stuff up in advance, ready for the 30 days or the 2 week course, and (b) I can only take on X amount of clients at a time, so for someone to demand a refund means I lose out when that slot could have gone to someone else on the waiting list.

I explained that I had already made up most of her stuff but would trash it if she chose not to continue. In the context of this comment to her, I offered other spell work. She showed no interest in different spell work. She ignored my last email to her and next thing I know, she had filed a Paypal claim and just like her, misrepresented the facts.

She is clearly angry as she forked out a fair amount of money and because she could not get it back, she has chosen to try and ruin my reputation instead. She also tried to file a report on me over on Bonanza, claiming she never got a tarot reading from me that she paid for. She must have felt a bit stupid when I sent Bonanza screen shots of her email to me thanking me for doing the very reading she "never got" .

This same lady has, over the months, ordered umpteen spell casting services and readings from many different people on Bonanza. This I discovered when looking at her feedback left for others after she filed a claim against me.

When I get around to publically posting our entire email exchange on my website, any one of you here bothered enough to read it will see the story is not how she portrayed it at all. She is merely being vindictive as did not get her refund. I guess she failed to read the policy on my website where I point out to people they pay for the services understanding I do NOT do refunds .

I appreciate that the person filing the report here is "Nicole" and I am talking about "Alina Toma". However, when you read our email exchanges and note the issue discussed, you will see it is the same one, and the dates dovetail in the most curious way.

I know many people here do not believe magick works, and think all spell casters are frauds - that is your prerogative and I am not here to defend what I do. I DO however, strongly object to people like this woman, coming along and twisting the facts and slandering me. This is very low, very mean and very offensive.

Spell casters are 100% frauds.  Occasionally coincidence or general language will make one appear to work but under any kind of controlled conditions it can't be done.

I wish it could but unfortunately it can't.

Good luck to you though.

Not all spell casters are fraud!

AUTHOR: Nicole - ()

99% spell casters are fraud. My friend casts spells all her life. She was born in the family of witches. When she would do spells for me, most worked, especially with work and my family. Love life, she can't help, only can get people to contact. To get people divorced, that are really bad psycially fighting, i haven't found anyone who can help.

Please understand that there are NO genuine spell casters.  It would be nice if someone could do that but, alas, they can't.

It's all just a monymaking fantasy.

Don't fall for any more.
