What a scam. Upsold on numerous items, all of which are ridiculously overpriced, and all without explanation. Attempt at getting any kind of service or compensation is rebuffed as "you agreed to it" with a set of two top tier phones. Apologies for expecting service to match..
A pair of $35 wall chargers?! No. You smoothly placed it on the counter as if it was included. A pair of $65 screen protectors?! Again, smoothly said they have a lifetime warranty and would be replaced - but failed to include the red tape to go with it and $10 shipping charge. Should I have asked, yes. My fault. Will never consider business here again.
All legal, yes, but your tactics and customer service is a shame.
