what can i say, as you've read the reprts by countless others, the only piece of advice for you shoppers out there is,"don't shop at the vidoe computer store". They will sell you defective merchandise and will not honor their warranty. i can go on about ths headache of a nightmare....just trust a disgruntled customer, don't shop there.
P.S. their associates are no better than they are....guess the old saying is true, 'birds of a feather will flock together'.
