Vigilucci’s Seafood & Steakhouse Served empty clam shells in my Spaghetti Portofino. Such a rip off with the price I paid let the world know Carlsbad CA

They claim food is their passion.  Relaxed eatery Italian  inspiried steak and seafood across from the Pacific.  This place is a rip off. $6.00 valet parking by the beach.  I ordered spaghetti portofino. In the mussels shells were empty.  The linguini was over cook,  the chicken pasta was aweful to sweet,  pasta was over cooked.  What would Gordon Ramsey, Paul Bocuse, Jamie Oliver, Charlie Trotter say about the product, process, people?  What would Sanjeev Kapoor, Marco Pierre White say about Serving flat Beer that does not have the right level of carbonation will quickly drive away clients.  Make sure carbonation is on point every time served.  

Even Wolfgang Puck, would say beer at its best has a certain effervescence that helps enhance the customers tasting experience.  In closing to increase Vigilucci's restaurant listen to my feed back, streamline your menu, set up an efficient inventory system, don't discount human communication. I walk into this restaurant with certain expectations for their experience regardless of this restaurant concept. People don't choose Vigilucci's based solely on quality of food, this is huge decision factor, from plethora of options because Vigilucci's promised a certain experience.  Your management matters for upholding your mission statement affecting the way your guest are served, using POS system.  Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
