I purchased the Viking all-refrigerator/all freezer last May and have had at least 10 service calls to replace such things as a compressor, 2 door gaskets, door hinge, etc. etc.
The service technician did an exemplary job trying to resolve the issues but the product is substandard. Excessive condensation inside both units resulted in puddles of water on brand new hardwood floors. Parts can take 10-14 days to arrive WHEN AND IF technical assistance is available.
The appliance store that I purchased the units from are no longer carrying the Viking line due to all the problems I have had with them.
Viking will NOT stand behind their products and have dumped the issue of replacing them on the dealer.
I would NEVER recommend Viking applianced to anyone. They are not cheap-these units cost about $7000.00- they look great but DON'T WORK!!!
