I received a letter form VIP Travel about resuming fees for access to VIP website.  I did not call to resume paying fees.  Additionally, my husband was contacted by phone and informed the individual that we were not interested.  The Company proceeded to deduct $315 from my account with consent or permission.

The company stated they would refund half the money.  I am still waiting for that to occur. However, they were very professional and accessible. According to them I should receive the refund soon.  I appreciate their willingness to listen to my complaint and found out there was a loop-hole in the contract that allowed them to charge me each year.  I had to put in writing to cancel the contract.  I should know within days if this is all addressed, appropriately.
