Viridian Energy Scammed and illegal & fraudulent company practices Internet 

I was shocked to see my gas & electric bill for one month was $732 and has never been over $400. I live in a small 2 bedroom rancher.  I contacted Viridian and spoke to operator #7609 who advised that Viridian changed my plan from a fixed rate to a variable rate (which the rate is astronomincally high) and when I told the operator that I did not authorize this change and was not notified about this change, the operator told me that there was nothing I could do except pay it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told NO. I then instructed him to immediately cancel my plan and he responded that he had already had cancelled my plan. This company should be SHUT DOWN. To change someone's plan and not even advised that there plan changed is illegal, fraudulent and down right WRONG.  Its a total scam and there has to be an attorney out there that would love to start a class action suit.  If so, please contact me so I can sign up.  BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
