VISA RUSHCARD unprofessional, never call you back, never deposited a check sent to them CINCINATTI Ohio

There have been several times when the direct deposit has not been posted on time, also i mailed in personal check to be deposited on the account so that i could pay bills, twelve days went by nothing deposited, they claimed the never received the check, they kept taking my name and phone number and saying the finance department would call me back, they never called back, i sent the emails everyday and they replied with the same answer, not too mention that twelve days went by and they said they didnt receive it, and when they did that it would take another ten days to clear....for this amount of trouble and time, i should have just went to a bank and opened a general savings account, put the check in there and it would have cleared in three days. Eventually i had to stop payment on the check and go to a real bank.
