I thought my phone bill was paid through an online transaction. Weeks later, my phone is cut-off and Visa Wired isn't sure where my money that got deducted for my phone bill went. When I asked them where it could be, they would change the subject. Also, what type of bank or credit card issuers or whatever have a PO box for a physical address. Visa Wired plastic doesn't know it but their games are coming to an end REAL soon......
