My city had a data breach.  This is how the thief got my data. Clearly, this was used to give this entity my banking info. A counter-check was submitted to my back for $32.32 illegally.

This entity has 23 reports that are similar here on ripoffreports.  Don't bother calling them as they will tell you to write, but in the meantime your check gets paid.  Contact your back, immediately and they will change your account number.  You will have to update any that deposits or automatically withdrawals.  If this happens to you your banking data is out there.  The next hit might not be micro-fraud.

Micro-fraud is where an entity, offshore, does small hits.  A percentage will not be noticed so let's say there are 1,000 hits for $30 and 10% are not contested.  That's $3,000/day.  Your police will not bother with this, nor will the FBI or anyone else.
