I purchased Short Sale Magic in June 2006 for $49. I never received so I called and left message after message. No one ever returned my call. I notified the Attorney General of Texas, Gregg Abbott. The began an investigation. I waited and still no one called. I left another message telling them I contacted the AG.
A girl called me and assured me the product wqs shipped and I should receive any day now. Never received. I called and told them I was reporting for the Attorney Generals Office and Shane Rawlings (I guess, he said this was his name) called me back and asked me if I new the Attorney General's number, I told him the area code and he was very pompus, arrogant, and conceited sounding. He sounded like an experienced CON man.
He stated he had called the AG's office and I didnt work there. Of course not. Anyway, I have never received the book to this day and now when I call the number no one answers.

Not sure why my little brothers name is mentioned in the title of this report. His name was not mentioned throughout any of the complaints, comments, etc.

The finally called (Brenna) and she informed me they had refunded my full purchase price and sent the book as well. I didnt ever receive the book until I called 2 weeks later and they sent 2 books on different days. Better than nothing but all the enthusiasium is gone. THEY STILL SPAM MY EMAIL! I have requested they remove me from the mailling list but have failed to do so for over 10 weeks. BEWARE! COMPANIES WHO CANNOT HANDLE THE MATTER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FULFILMENT ARE IN TROUBLE! My experience only.

Brenna with Vision Investing called to tell me the refund had taken place and they would send the Short Sale Magic book as well. The book never came at that point. A couple of weeks later I sent an email telling them I was to close my report with ripoffreport.com and if I didnt get the book I would have to state that in my final report. The book arrived the next day and another the following day. I am glad they did finally do what they promised. Now, lets see if the book is true!
