It can happen to anyone! It happened to me...Mrs. Totally computer literate!!! I opened my December Credit Card Statement and found that I had been billed $17.95 by AP9*BUSINESSMAX 888-584-2217 CT and on the "same day" another $17.95 by AP9*VISTAPRINTRWRDS US 888-243-6185 CT.

What's more amazing is that when I called BUSINESSMAX Melanie #2644 told me that I had this "benefit" since September 2007! Benefit? Are you serious!!! The only "benefit" was an order of 500 business cards for my store that I ordered from VistaPrint.com! I paid for the cards and they arrived. During checkout they have all these pop-up screens to order Pitney Bowes, Additional Cards, and 800# and so forth.

How in the World were they able to get away with charging me for something I never ordered! I liked the value of the upgraded business cards I received, but will NEVER shop with them again! I also ordered magnets, postcards, t-shirts, and custom printed items but WILL BE shopping for a new company to buy from!

My lesson learned, check my statements monthly even those on automatic billing. If I had done this back in October of 2007, I would have caught it and stopped it back then. Imagine how many other customers this has happened to!!!!

VistaPrint--no wonder they can afford the so called FREE BUSINESS CARDS, they scam innocent people like us...POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! They won't be around for long...
