Vista Print - Vprewards.com ripoff took money from my account without my concent said i couldnt be reembersed as its my falt Internet

i purchased some buisness cards a few months ago from www.vistaprint.com which were 9.95 which i paid via my debit card the money came straight out then on recieving my bank statment 9.95 had been taken from my card to vprewards.com after a long confusing time as to who these were i contacted them again taking me a long time to locate there contact number to be told that this was my fault as it clearly stated on there website that this would be deducted monthly unless i cancelled within 30 days i was told she would now cancell it for me but i wouldnt receive any refund as it was an error on my part?

after this conversation i visited there website and could find nothing to varify what she had told me nothing even suggested id have to pay any amount other than the amount id purchased.
Id been away for a while and on my return two bank statements were awaiting on opening them was shocked to discover on june 1st 9.95 had been taken from my card on the 2nd july 9.95 and the 3rd of july another 9.95 with this i firstly contacted my bank to be told that i was not the first to complain regards vistaprint but due to the fact this wasnt a standing order or direct debit i wasnt able to cancell it the only way was to change all my account nos they gave me a telephone number to call which i spoke to a lady who obviously didnt really give a monkeys i explained everything and was again told that i should have read it properly i told her this was the second time id called to complain and to cancell it and she replied this wasnt down to her i asked if i was going to be reinburssed the total of 39.80 and was told this cant be done she actually laughed at me and i also asked what this vprewards was i got no answear and she hung up

i am now awaiting to see if they have cancelled this or will i be debited another non refundable amount
