Visual Credit Counseling, Inc. ripoff, dishonesty, fraud Tucson Germantown Arizona

I joined Visual Credit Counseling Inc. about a year ago. I was told that I could make a one time donation because they were a non-profit organization, or I could choose to take a small contribution out of the monthly payments that I sent in. After agreeing to allow Visual Credit Counselors to help me, I noticed not only did they take my first payment as a donation for my services, but they took an extra donation out of each payment I sent to them each month. I was never told that this would happen.

I tried to get all paperwork relating to my account because you can only see payments that Visual Credit recieved online to show that my payments were recieved but not sent out to my creditors. I have yet to recieve anything relating to my account. My initial payment to Visual Credit was only $280 a month.

I completely stopped paying Visual Credit counseling service after most of my creditors were dropping out because they were not receiving their payments. Creditors and collections agencies were calling all of the time. After looking at my credit card statements I realized that payments had not been sent to my creditors and if they had been, it wasnt enough.

I just found out after stopping payment to the counseling service that most of my creditors had never ever accepted the proposals Visual Credit Counselors had sent to them. I have balances now higher than when I started to go thru a credit counseling service.

I am very upset that I got these kind of results from a service that is on with the BBB. Something has to be done to stop them from doing this to anyone else.
