Vita Face Cream Allure I requested a free trial for $4.95, they have debited my card for 99.95. Pendleton Indiana

I requested a $4.95 trial of Allure face cream.  I received the jar and a few days later another jar arrived.  I thought it must be a shipping error.  The shipping package only had paper in it, no shipping order or return address information.  About 2 weeks later, a company named Vita Face Cream debited my card for $99.95, leaving no phone number.  This hit my account at 2am!  I began calling the next morning.  I looked up Vita on the internet, called 888 339 9019, gave them my information and they found no record of me or an account.  I googled Vita and got a phone number from their web site and when I contacted them, they have no record of me either.  I called my card company back and got a phone number from the original $4.95 transaction, 888 663-7970.  This was the correct number and they offered me a 50% refund.  Please save yourself a lot of grief and avoid these bait and switch offers at all costs.  I have learned my lesson!
