I was interested in the acai advanced "free" sample.  With some hesitation, I gave authorization for shipping at 2.99 thinking that was a great price for something endorsed by Oprah and Rachel Rae.  But, the following day While browsing my internet checking,I noticed that Acai Advanced had really charged me 5.00 for shipping.  It may not seem like a big difference,but it showed me that the company was not trustworthy.  So, within 24 hours of  my original contact I called to cancel any and all future contact with the company, the person I spoke with told me that I had entered into a contract, and tried very hard to convince me that I could not cancel, but I insisted and was given a cancellation number for both products and assured that I did not even have to return the "free" item.  Of, course I would not be contacting you if all had gone as it should have.  Within 16 days my rent check bounced, one of my checks was returned for insufficient funds, and while on vacation, my bank called to tell me I owed them over $100.00 to stop the overdraft charges at my bank.  When I got home I got a look at my card activity and guess what?  You Know It!  Two, unauthorized purchases made by Acai Advanced.  I now have four confirmations for proof of cancellation, but after reading all of the nightmares people have been put through, I'm sure it won't be easy to get out of this situation I so stupidly got myself into.
