Went to Vitamin shoppe at King of Prussia with receipt to return a face moisturizing serum purchased by my wife. She has brought it the day before and used it the next day. Upon using it the next day she developed allergies and we went to return it. Mind you Vitamin Shoppe satisfaction guarantee is that for any reason you are not satified you can return the product for full refund within 30 days. Here we were seeking a refund the next day after my wife developed allergies. The store manager Dan said that since the product was opened, he could only give a store credit. That is wrong. I have shopped for over 10 yearsat Vitamin Shoppe. They just lost a long time customer.
