I ordered Proactive products through an infomercial phone call which I have long since canceled. After canceling this order I received 3 boxes of pills I never ordered from Vitapower & have no way of contacting them to cancel. These pills came with no phone contact & when looking up on the internet I found only complaints concerning this company.
Since reading the stories from other individuals who have ordered from Proactive & also received pills they never wanted; I have discovered that I have no choice but to close my bank account & start I new one since apparently there is no other way to stop them from sending these pills & charging my account through my debit card.
This has also caused me to have overdraft issues with my account. I am a single mother of 2 small children barely surviving as it is. Right now I am dealing with taking my ex husband to court for back child support, & this is one less problem I need to be concerned about.
If anyone by chance has a way of getting this issue resolved; please let us know so we can try to stop them from charging our debit/credit cards any further & possibly be reimbursed for the pills we have received that we never ordered in the 1st place.

I have always thought that vitamins were a rip off. I figured they just don't get digested that well. but these are different. The amazing difference they have made in my health and my appearance are very obvious. i have way more energy, which for me is amazing as i have always tired easily. I don't get zits, so i can't say much about that, but my skin is clear, and I look much younger. I would be lost without these. they are just about the most amazing thing. plus they seem to help me with my weight. I wish i knew where to buy them in a store, because i don't like doing it online with my credit card, but I love them. I know that the quality and effectiveness of this product is perfect, so people must simply be reading complaints and not even trying the product, and then getting mad at the process of returning them. But believe me, they are worth double their price, if you can even put a price on looking and feeling amazing.
