Vitier Skin Cream and Eye Serum Advertized as trial for $4.95 each. Then charged my credit card $85.97 for eye serum and $89.97 for skin cream. Santa Ana California

I ordered a free trial of eye and skin cream from Vitier, for the price of shipping.  They then charged my credit card $85 and $89.  I called them to return the unopened products and to ask for a refund.  I was told they would refund me 15%.  I told them no, 100%.  We went back and forth and he said he could refund me 50%.  I told him no, 100%.  I told him it was a scam and that if he did not I would just have to go to the next step.  He refused.  A while later I called back and spoke with a different rep.  He said the same things to me knowing I had called before.  I told him it was a scam and I knew they have done this to others.  He said it was not a scam but a legit Company.  I said fine, we will see what the State District Attorney has to say about it. I told him I am retired and I have all day every day to get this settled.  And that I do not give up!  He put me on hold for another min or two.  He came back and said told me I would receive a full refund,  And gave me instructions to send back the product.  I sent back the product and I received 100% refund back to my credit card within 2 days.
