JUST AS OTHERS HAVE REPORTED REGARDING SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, DISATISFACTION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SHOP NBC AND VIVITEK, POOR QUALITY PRODUCT FROM VERY EARLY ON, BLOW OFF BY SHOP NBC BY NOT STANDING BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL, RIDICULOUS REPLACEMENT PART COSTS WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REQUIRED FOR SUCH A SHORT DURATION OF VIEWING USAGE, OVERALL A SCAM FROM THE START. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM SHOP NBC AGAIN
