This is quite simple. I purchased the VMWare Fusion 2.08 upgrade. The software will not install. The installation software claims my disk is damaged. I have repaired x 3 with Disk Utility and also booted in Safe Mode, with no change in success. The software is not refundable. Tech support is not available except at $29.95 for a single incident. So, I am stuck with a $49.99 upgrade that I cannot return and cannot install. That is a rip-off.
