Voicemail Direct Usa predator Henderson Nevada

I received my telephone bill the other day noticed a chage for 14.95. It says it was for a set up fee for voicemail from Direct voicemail USA. I did not authorize this and dont understand how this could have happened.

I called the company up and the stated that if someone must have entered the wrong number which ended up being mine so that is why I am being billed. I dont buy this because then people can or they can just start entering numbers at random and then start billing people for nothing. This is outrageous. The prey and hope that people do not look close at their phone bills and just pay it. I think they like to prey on the elderly and also minorities because this happened to my father who is Asian and is 71 years old. This is no accident and someone is making alot of money off of people who work hard for thier money.
