This company vioptalk charged my credit card for $61.02 for services I never heard of or bought.

Have no idea how they got my card number.

When I called they said they did not have a "record" of my charge, even though I had it clearly on my statement.

Filed a report with my bank and they are not responding to the banks attempts to contact them, even though the the bank has sent for verification of charges and has called several times.
