My brother and I purchased a flight to Guadalajara, Jal. for Oct. 30th 2012. We arrived 40 mins early with no one waiting in line to board the aircraft. When we went up to get our boarding passes the employee Natalia said she could not because we were too late. She said the manifest was closed and everyone was on the plane and that the door was already closed. Now that is a long time for passengers to sit on a runway for no apparent reason. She said we had to book our flight until the following day even though we were trying to fly out for my Grandmas funeral as an emergency. When asked to speak to someone higher up she said there was no one and she could not request them to open the hatch again for us to board even though we had no check in luggage just carry on. 

We went to ticket counter and while waiting behind a guy arguing with the seller we heard an announcement on the loudspeaker calling for people to start boarding for our flight to Guadalajara. Now, the plane was already suppose to be boarded and closed so why did they just ask to board the plane?We went back to confront the employee and she said that it was too late for her to print the boarding passes. It only takes seconds unless she's writing them out by hand. When we pressed the issue she got on her radio and turned her back to us and ignored us. We went back to the ticket seller and she said it was after 7pm and couldn't do anything. She turned off her computer and walked away from us and never excused herself. Now, the only 2 airline employees are ignoring us and blatantly disrespecting us. 

I called the call-center for help and they had no answers just more excuses. Their "solution" was for me to now buy another ticket for the following day. So not only do I miss the funeral but I lose my money and they asked me for more money. Can these idiots be more serious? I had no place to stay and no place to go and did they care? You d**n right they did not and they went home. I then had to pay another $30 usd to go 6 miles back to the border by a cab and go back to the border. To top it all off. At 7:15pm my flight time I was outside until 8:20pm and the plane never took off. The flight must have been cancelled due to sale shortages but they denied it in order to keep my money. I'm not the only one with the issues. Upon returning I have found hundreds of reports against them. It is time this company gets brought to justice or shut down. They made me miss something that I can never get back. My last chance to see someone who I will never get to see again and they will pay.
