Volvo Werks ripoff dishonest, fraudulent, internet fraud, non delivery of product San Jose California

I, like others nationwide, lost money to this company though an eBay bid the end of April, 2004. I purchased an alledged Volvo 122s station wagon to be completely restored and delivered in 3 months. This did not happen and the company did not follow up on any promises. They even emailed an apology to all their customers and said they would contact each of us. Owners sent an email on a weekend in November stating that they would call on Monday.

I gave them all possible numbers for contact by return email. No call came and no contact by the company followed. I requested a refund in October. As one would expect, this has not occurred.

Ebay was of no help and showed no real interest in assisting. This company had perfect feedback and was a Square Deal ebay company. Square deal protection and mediation process was of no value. I will be reminded of this deceptive company and eBay for a while as I pay the loan used for the down payment.
