After many many long coversations and emails with Kim regarding our desire to purchase an older pup or an obedience trained healthy young adult, who was already housebroken, crate trained and accustomed to small children Kim informed us of a dog named Vice that she felt was perfect for what we were looking for she informed me that he was 5 years old and that she had bought him back from his previous owners because they were in financial trouble and were loosing their home in New York. She stated he was obedience trained, crate trained, and house broken, great with other dogs because he always went to doggie day care and that he was great with kids too. She stated he just needed some tuning up on his obedience and he would be ready to go in a couple of weeks. When he finally got here he was too thin,his teeth were all completely covered in black, green and gray tartar, he was very stiff and had a terrible odor about him, he was not able to be crated as he would spin and defecate in the crate constantly panting and sounding like he was gonna have a heart attack. He was not housebroken either he didn't even attempt to not go in the house, he was not odeient as he was too nervous and constantly panting and pacing in circles if we put him in the gated kitchen. We had an estimate presented to us for adressing his mouth issue which Kimberly said was from him eating soaked for three weeks because he had been so stressed that her vet reccomended he eat a soft diet to avoid the possibility of bloat because he was so stressed, none of which did she ever mention until we had paid for the dog and his shipping to Calif, we had a vet come to our home for a health cert to fly him back to her and that vet said he was too thin, had muscle wasting , had a horrible mouth and bad arthritis thru out his body and was in need of veterinary care and daily medication for his stiffness and arthritis.....Kim has agreed to refund his purchase price only and only if we pay to ship him back as well so we are ripped off for over $1500.00 in shipping costs...thanks von-Hayden...
