Vonage, Vonage Corp.Offices ,Vonage won't stop billing me and illegally sent my account to a collection company! Holmdel New Jersey

Here is what you can do to try to stop Vonage from ruining your credit rating and your life:

Report them to the Better Business Bureau in Trenton New Jersey. You can fill out a complaint there. Vonage has over 8,000 complaints already filed with them and I am told that they do resolve these complaints.

Don't waste your time trying to work with Vonage. They will just keep billing you (even IF they have sent you an email stating that your account is closed!) and then they will send you to Collections if you refuse to pay them, which will damage your Credit Rating. Also, cancel your credit card if they have your credit card number, or they will keep billing you no matter what you do!
