Vonage Vonage international calling Cheating and charging card even when the service was not usable being suspended Internet

We contracted with Vonage to provide us international and national calling service . In march or april they charged us additional  $80 in place of the $34 they charge us every month . On calling them it was informed that we had been calling some place with which we cannot even have any connection. Countries we have not even heard of. The account was suspended due to this fraudulent activity form their device. They were supposed to investigate and refudn the extra amount charged to us. 

They never did. 

Again since April since when the account was suspended we were unable to make any calls as the message we have been getting had been,  you account has been suspended. 

The charge continued every month. June 30th 2012 we were charged three time $75 , totaling to $225 in addition to $34 being charged every month as monthly charges. Remember the account is still suspended . 

On calling the only answer they have is your account was not cancelled and we will continue to charge you . We can only cancel form today going forward. 

Due to this inactivity and ineffective or defective device (I Donot know ) the service I have been paying for for all this while was never delivered and the company continued to charge shamelessly.

I write this to warn all users of Vonage or those who are wanting to use their services to be careful and re look at this cheating company. I got rilpped off . I hope nobody else does. 

I am only one of the many who might be getting cheated like this or might not even be aware that they are being cheated like this being charged for services they never received.
