I had Vontech to set up my audio sound he told me my equipment is obsolete . I needed to update to the Harmony 650 remote so I did. The installer was all day trying to program it. They charged me $249.00 for the remote that only cost $79.99 plus $100.00 for installation. . I called Logitech who make the Harmony remote they looked at my account and told me they did not complete the download that is why I am still having problems. They wanted me to keep calling them so they could keep ripping me off. People be careful with this company they are real Tricky Dickey they are nothing but a con artist.
