Voyager Career Solutions is a joke and a ripoff as far as an Executive Search firms go. They changed their name from Bernard Haldane to hide the years of past dubious business dealings (do a search -- you'll see a long list of complaints). But don't be fooled, they're the same company!
The Charlotte office is owned by Alan Ludmer, who owns a number of these franchises around the country including St. Louis.
The VP and my advisor made me fill out form after form with redundant information that they never looked at after I completed it. I was then given pages of redundant, unorganized and conflicting material to read with no direction and no apparent process.
They lead you to believe they have access to unpublished jobs and connections with people who can provide leads --but it's untrue.
After I complained and asked to terminate my service based on the guarantee, I was only provided a partial refund because they charged me for services I never received.
This company is only interested in one thing -- your money!
If you are ever contacted by anyone from any Voyager Careers office -- run away, fast -- very fast!

It doesn't surprise me that Alan would deny I was ever a client of Voyager. But, I can assure you, I was.
Moreover, if you don't believe me that they were once Bernard Haldane, all you have to do is to look at some of the previous comments on Bernard Haldane and you'll recognize the office address for Voyager in Charlotte is the same as the BH office that was in Charlotte.
Again, Alan changed the name of his franchises to run from all the bad press he and other BH franchises had received.

This is a phony complaint. We've never had a client with this name at this office. We have been informed that a competitor seeking to smear our name submitted this complaint. Voyager is not, nor has ever been a part of Bernard Haldane or BH International.
