Thiniking I rented a condo in Rosarito Mexico for 7/3-7/6 to get away with family for a few days, and was expecting a Welcome rental packet from Shawn Gartner (Owner) couple of weeks and NOTHING. No response to e-mails and phone calls goes straight to voicemail. I am so pissed as i work hard to treat my family to a litlle getaway to Mexico as I cannot afford a real Mexico trip to cancun or cabo, so we settled for baja. After several calls he finnaly picked up and played dumb, was not aware of rental, supposingley never eceived deposit, i have receipts it was paid in full!!! Stay the hell away from Shawn Gartner (858-335-1213) VRBO LIsting # 496845
