Wachovia Dealer Services WFS Letter you know and i know is fishy! Los Angeles California

I had recieved a letter at my door today and i had noticed it was a simple letter that did not have a letter head and basically looked like someone could type up at home. The letter said the following:

ACCOUNT:-------724

Dear: -----------our names

In an attempt to make immediate contact with yourself, wachovia dealer services has requested the services of Guardian Portfolio Services.

The purpose of action is to encourage you to call wachovia within 28 hours of this notice.

Now the crazy part is, is that i received this on the 29th Friday and not the 27th. So therefore the 48 hours if it was supposedly sent to me on that day would be today. So i would have to call them.

Okay so i have talked to erica from wachovia explaining to her my payment schedule to get back on track and i have made one payment and am now going to make the next payment for this month and then i will be on track. So in reality i have not payed MAY yet but may is not over and i will be paying it in two days.

I ready this lady on this site had a similar problem and the repot'd her car. I do not want that to happen to me when i still have time to pay my car note within this month. The last time i talked to wachovia i talked to Erica and gave her my immediate work phone and extension and told her to put it on record. Yet another associate names Donovan keeps on calling and i don't think that they are communicating. i checked online and it showed my last payment that posted.

I don't know what to do and have a feeling they will pick up the car but i am scheduled to pay for it. Now they suspended my online access and can't make sure it will go through.
