WACHOVIA DEALER SERVICES CONTINUALLY NOT CASHING PAYMENT CHECKS UNTILL AFTER THE 15TH DAY AFTER DUE DATE THEREBY CAUSING LATE CHARGES SANTA ANA California

This company will hold a payment check until after the 15th day form the due date. This causes a late charge.
No matter how often we send the payment earlier and earlier they frequently do this
We have even sent the payment Prioroity Mail (4 day delivery) with request for thier signature. The post opffice states that have refused to accept the mail for several days.
The last one was sent May 2 (4 day delivery) They still have notaccepted the letter from the post office, This is the 15 th of May.

DO NOT GIVE WACHOVIA ANY OF YOU BANK INFO!!!!!!
These people can not be trusted check out the reports about them. We learned the hard way! Tom is an employee of the company who to uses tatics which are aginst state and federal laws. Please be careful do not trust Wachovia! They will take monies that they are not authorized to take then tell you it was your fault they did. DO NOT DO THIS!!!

The claim:
"wachoviadealer eServices can save you money...
Pay online or sign up for Automatic Loan Payment, and you won't need to write a check or use a stamp to make your payment. eServices can even send you email notifications, to remind you of upcoming payments due, so you can avoid late fees."
Maybe.... just maybe.... the Wachovia DS mail departmant is understaffed or otherwise disadvantaged in favor of having customers use wachoviadealer eServices ???????????
