My daughter , oldest of four died after over dosing with her boyfriend on December 11th 2017. She would have been 23 on December 15th. The Cps in Waco , going on a completely false affidavit took my 13 and 16 year old and are hostile and have no compassion for our situation. They are causing so much stress I'm afraid I'll loose my kids to them running away from foster care 2 hrs from me. They want to be home and in their school, we need to grieve their sister and there is no reason for cps to be in my life " managing " my kids, they are killing us and don't even say they understand or sound like they care at all, matter of fact they seem to sabotage me.

Hindsight may not help much but you should have NEVER cooperated with them nor let them in your home. Children should be given strict instructions to adhere to when approached by Authorities or govt agencies... The ONLY words they should speak are "I want a lawyer" . CPS cannot just come in and take your kids. They must present "cause" to a judge and they most often obtain that "cause" by coniving their way into your home under the pretense of "helping". DO NOT undertake the false impression that you are required to cooperate!! Simply tell them, I have nothing to say without my lawyer present. THAT IS YOUR RIGHT! No matter what you say to them they WILL twist it and use it against you. If you have already made this grave mistake, You need to hire a lawyer quickly! I pray for your children
