Waffle House Corporation Jimmy Harbin & Rhonda (Do not know last name) Black Balled, Unfair Treatment of employee Augusta, Georgia

I use to work for Waffle House I started in Feb. 2000 and worked until Mar.2004. I work for this company when ever they needed me some/ most of the time I pulled doubles even triple shifts when no one was available to work. I moved up the chain of command in five months from a waitress to a master grill operator. One day, I did what was told by the store manager and went to pick up a pregnant employee and bring her to work to prevent her from walking. Jimmy Harbin or Rhonda came and seen that I wasn't in the store and wrote me up. Not even a week later, I was working a bar night alone and a customer order a sandwich and I was working on 10 orders with the grill full, I asked my waitress at the time to fix the sandwich so, the customer wouldn't have to wait on a sandwich for a long period of time(grill cheese sandwich anyone can make one). My waitress (my sister by blood) told the customer that I refuse to cook his food. The customer told the report line and my sister verified, even though it was a lie. I got fired and put on the no hire list ( which is called the black list). In the end my sister told a few coworkers that it all was a lie from her telling the customer I refuse to cook the order to her verifying the whole thing. She stated to the other workers that she told the lie just to get me fired because, she was older then me and she felt that I had the upper hand being that I was the grill operator and she was just a waitress.

 Now knowing this Waffle House still refuse to hire me back, being this was my first and only job that I set my heart and mind to. I have seen many people that was fired for worst than me get their jobs back time and time again. From drugs in their system; to stealing.(DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!)I call several times trying to get taking off the no hire list and I get the run around. The Cooperate Office tells me that Jimmy Harbin has to take me of the list and then Jimmy Harbin tells me The Cooperate Office has to. The straight run around. So, many told me that I need to get a lawyer for discrimination I am in that process now hope someone can help.
