Wahoo Computers ripoff Dishonest Took Money For A Product Never Delivered Lied About Delivery Lied About Service, Rip Off, Lied, Took Money, no reply, con-artists, bad company, bad customer service, thief Junction City Oregon

I contatcted Wahoo Computers after finding them through a google search. I contacted them via email after reading their site and testimonials. sounded like a solid company. I wanted a one of kind computer case which I desgined and wanted them to create - this March 2006. I was contacted by Mark Knoch and we started an email dialogue and came up with a cost for the case. I worked out a payment schedule with him and by May I had it all paid off.

Seeing it was very specific work, i was willing to wait on this case. In July I contacted (one of the many times I did) on the status and we decided that on custom fan grills. So sent him more money (stupid move on my part). After many unsuccessaful attempts on getting an ETA on delivery, and excuses from him I told him I wanted my money back as he was taking me for a ride. He told me to give him another chance and refunded me 100 dolalrs of the 1K+ i sent him, so I did and he missed that. Gave him his last chance January 19 and he blew that.

It is now over 10 months, and he has not returned any of my emails and refusese to send my refund. I have reported this guy to IC3.gov and PayPal, I will be filing a fraud report this week with local police. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THIS WITH WAHOO COMPUTERS OR MARK KNOCH!
