I ordered the waist cincher based on their sizing guide but it absolutely does not fit even halfway around my waist. After numerous emails I got a number to call and they said that they won't exchange due to sanitary policy. This goes around the waist so there is no sanitary issue! The customer service rep offered me 40% off on my next order I should order the larger size and that when I lose enough weight I can use the smaller one.
