I called to try and have someone lower my payment so I could at least attempt to pay off a debt.  My bill was over 4,000 and insurance paid over 3,000.  My payment due is around 475.00.

Charles said even though the surgery center was paid over 4K they would not reduce my payment at all.  He also said the least amount I could pay is $50 a month.  I told him I would try but it would most likely be every couple of months, so I could pay the other companies also.

I have no income and have been turned down from so many jobs.  It is really depressing.

They give you a website address  wakefieldpaymentsolutions.com which doesn't exist.  So I researched and found the website so I could put 50.00 (which I don't have) on my credit card.  After I complete all the information, they tac another 5.00 on which means if I make 10 payments they make $50.00 from me. That is unfair.  No, I don't have a checking account because I have no money and checks cost money to get.  I have no bills because I live with someone and I have no income, so I don't spend anything on myself.

Bottom line, they will not give me a break, expect me to make payments and will tac on $5 each time I do. So for now, I will pay the other bills that accept credit card payments and don't add a charge and they won't get paid.

What you are actually saying..

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 13, 2013

What you are actually saying is that they are not doing what you want them to do.  Because they are attempting to work with you by allowing you to pay $50 a month.  But you want to pay $50 every two months.

But on the positive side.  If you are sued you can go to court, and make your case to the judge as to why $50 every 2 months and no extra fees is fair.   If the judge agrees you are all set..if the judge doesn't agree well then perhaps you should think about who is trying to RipOff who.

Also, can you please explain why you need to pay them $50 every two months so you can pay your other bills, and will only pay your other bills that accept credit cards without a fee.  Yet at the same time saying you have no other bills, no income and live with someone?   I am sure this is something the judge will ask you as well so you probably should practice your explanation a few times before you get to court.
