Wal-Mart/ Bridgeview, Il Overcharge in another store told me to go to closest Wal-Mart went to Bridgeview store they DO NOT honor other Wal-Marts Bridgeview Illinois

Went to visit friends about an hour away on the way home saw A WAL-MART Supercenter,since we don't have one by us we went shopping between my daughter an Myself we spent$548.00 when in check-out I grabbed a Snapple green-tea. we had so much stuff we were not watching the lady ring things up.When I got home I seen they charged me $12.00 for 1 snapple.I called the store they told me they would talk to cashier and i could get my money back next day -they said sometimes the cases break open and instead of sending back they sell them single and sometimes the price of a case will come up instead of 1 bottle. I called the next day and they remenber me.I explained I live far away the told me to go to the nearest Wal-Mart (BRIDGEVIEW,IL)I do not drive but my 26 yr old son took me.I had empty bottle they took the bottle and told me I couldn't bring that in the store.I explained everything to her she said she had to contact manger .A young short girl came up scanned my reciept under a portable scanner it turned the whole bottom black ,and told me they do not match other wal-marts.I gave her the mangers number from the other store and she said she does NOT have to call anyone that she was NOT going to honor it.I left very MAD.I wrote a letter on 12/4/08 and still have not heard from them I also Called Corp. office they said they would send me a complaint to sign which as of yet NOTHING!!The bottle should of been$1.42instad it was $12.00 so maybe only $10.50 out but i'm sure it's happened to other people.It's the way this little B---- treated Me. And the home office still has NOT done anything!I'm more mad about the way I was treated than I am about being out $10.50
