I have SUDDENLY begun having problems with what for years was true TOP of the line excellent service. NOW It seems either someone new is involved or they have a serious problem going on? They have blamed the "counter" twice now and STILL not resolved the problems correctly; ever. Simply created MORE Labels on my blood pressure medications that are IN ERROR! NOW The customer service has sunk to a whole new level of bad. They will fill a medication for instant Blood Pressure Pills Diovan; that the label they give clearly say's "180 pills" an has a "specific refillable date" however at around day 60 WE are OUT! TOTALLY. Then when we call to auto submit to refill the bottle-it says SPEAK to the PHARMACIST; so we have to call when they are open-and THEY always say 'Its too soon to fill this but you can PAY for it!" then, we insist its a error "STAN" said he had fixed the month before-but still, same ole blah. HE will say COME in and I will fix it and then unfortunately the last time HE FIXED it-we got home with the SAME problem-only a further out REFILLABLE DATE -and only 60 pills ON the already FILLED (and ALREADY BILLED) amounts; not the current amounts. OKAY so anyone HAVE IDEAS on what we CAN DO TO FIX THIS without having to come up with $$$ OUT OF OUR POCKET that the insurance providers have obviously been billed for already?

It is SO FRUSTRATING to have to take time OFF to content with a pharmacy over-and-over again just to stay Blood Pressure stable and out of the hospital. Specifics: Someone named "STAN" seems to be trying to fix this but doesn't SEEM TO have a CLUE what he is doing. THIS seems to be a BIG deal as my family has problems with Blood Pressure and once regulated -this can send me back Inpatient. It has seriously under minded my confidences in this pharmacy. I am a nurse and KNOW this isn't RIGHT!

I am especially REALLY concerned for the elderly in our town; we have a great deal of these folks that might or might not be as aware of this going on and if it is all I can say is it is terrible that Wal Mart will allow this pharmacy to sink to this new low in our town. Really ANY HELP OUT THERE?? IDEAS??? anyone ELSE here having that problem would LOVE TO KNOW????

Count your pills

The only way to solve this problem, and I know it's a hassle, is to count your pills right there at the counter when you pick up your prescription. My son had a similar problem at another pharmacy. They might not like it but tough s**t!!
