I've been trying to get my Multiple Sclerosis Medication delivered to me since wk of July 20th. They claimed each time they havent received approval for the medication. It was supposed to be delivered to me July 28th no show. I called them July 30th asking where is my medication I never received it. She stated it was never setup to be delivered I responded everytime I've called you guys are waiting for approval have yall, she assured me that they had. I said that is wonderful I need you to over night it to me (I told her at the first part of the phone call that I was totally out of my medication), she got snarky and said that she could get it to my by August 4th I said no you need to overnight it to me because 1. I am out 2. it will be at a couple days since I've had a full dose. I said y'all have overnighted to me before, she snarky said you didnt ask for a friday delivery apparently with that she put me on hold then few minutes later comes back with a August 1st delivery. I said ok that still is not good but it is what it is. August 1st came and no delivery I called that saturday afternoon I asked where is my Medication? The representative stated we havent received the approval. I said wait I called and verified with another representative July 29/30th that y'all DID receive it and she scheduled me for August 1st delivery even after she made it clear to me that she didnt want to even when she was told twice I was out of my medication. I said let me talk to a supervisior. He got on the phone and started to state "Your insurance..." I didnt let him finish I said let me explain to you the situation. I repeated the above information then I said there is nothing you can say right now just know that you people are putting ME and my health at RISK then I hung up and called my insurance to submitt a formal complaint against them. I am still waiting for my Multiple Sclerosis Medication. I had to contact my doctor's office to see if was ok for me to start back at full dose or do I need to start back at the lower dosage. I can start right back at the full dosage but once again my body has to adjust and probably will have the side effects (my body just got use to it and didnt have the reaction like I did when I started this medication).

I can't trust this specialty pharmacy to be honest or trusted to get me my medication. IF my insurance would allow me to pick a different company I so would jump this ship! So I say again if you have a choice/freedom to choose then do not choose Walgreen's Specialty Pharmacy (any of them).
