Walgreens Walgreens located at Route 30 and Route 41 in Schererville, Indiana 46375. They banned me from all stores in USA and refuse to explain why since they violated the HIPPA federal law. Schererville Indiana

Kathy Hernandez sent me a vague letter in February. No One would let me know what the letter meant. After I found out that I was banned from all sites that in U.S. Where Walgreens owner i am banned from entering their building. This was caused by me complaining to their staff about them again ruining a relationship with my pain doctor. This was the second occurrence of this happening by HIPPA violation. Regards, Victim

I want to add more information regarding this issue. The Walgreens HQ staff told me in a brief conversation that I have been accused of harassment when I complained of the HIPPA violation. I cannot get to Kathy Hernandez directly, she always out of time. I always harassment was a court decision about a pattern of offensive behavior not being invented by Kathy Hernandez.
