I had a very horrible experience with an attorney named Attorney James L. Walker Jr. Our company was seeking a entertainment lawyer to help with music matters and when we found this guy he seemed to be credible. He has several you tube videos and he has a website and he seemed to really care about people.
When we reached out to him his secretary sent us a contract and told us to send $2000 for a retainer and they would get started providing a service. This attroney is from Maryland and now lives in Atlanta and he is not licensed we found out later to practice in atlanta. To make a long story short this guy would always make excuses and give us the run around about helping us and he never dilivered any of his promises. I have a very succesful company that creates music for artist, relaity shows, djays and films. This attorney was supposed to give us guidance into several opportunities that was promised.
I am telling you now don't deal with this attorney James L. Waler Jr, If you are not famous our don't appear to have a lot of money he is going to rip you off and give you the run around. I normally don't write complaints but this situation was so stupid and he took our kindness for weakness. He also claims to be very successful and says he owns over 18 burger kings, and has a real estate firm and he gives you a lot of hype to being wealthy. My question is if you are so successful why can't you refund my company the $2000.00 that you ripped us off for.
Remember this guy is a crook, a con artist and a dis loyal attorney that is after prestige and fame. He doesn't give a f*** about servicing his clients. He just wants to get on T.V and be in the spotlight and seem to be important. This guy is a f****** dis grace. We contacted the bar association and they couldn't even find his credentials.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS PLEASE BEWARE OF ATTORNEY JAMES L. WALKER!! HE IS DISHONEST, HE IS A GROUPIE FOR CELEBRITIES, HE WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND HE WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR BUSINESS.
HE IS AND HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE BAR FOR ETHICS CODE VIOLATIONS AND HOPING THEY SUSPEND HIM OR TAKE HIS LAW LICENSE AWAY.
NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO EVER GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH AND JUST BECAUSE HE'S A LAWYER HE TRIES TO USE SCARE TACTICS..... NOTE MR. WALKER THEY DONT WORK..... STRAIGHTEN OUT YOUR ACT!!!!

To Whom It May Concern: I have never met the individual(s) who wrote the complaint about our law firm. We or I am admitted in GA; GA Bar Number: 260-643. We read the report and complaint filed and the profanity therein with great supriise due to the lies. A) We never lived in Maryland; B) Never owned Burger Kings (Or McDonalds) or any restaurant and C) Do not distinguish between wealthy or non-wealthy clients in deciding who we want to represent.
Secondly, there are several copyright violations in his post, including the use of our photos. Moreover, he or she admits that he never met me and reportedly gave money to a secretary - no secretary here recalls anyone giving them $2,000 dollars.
Lastly, we have practice for over 20 years; and we wonder if this is a complaint filed by one of our competitors as we have no information from any client making a complaint for money; nor anyone from the Maryland area etc. supporting this claim. We would gladly refund any client who has been disappointed with our service. Fortunately, we have not had this happen often in serving over 3,000 clients. Feel free to google us and you will see countless articles and cases where we have been victorious or celebrated for our legal work as a firm.
This is clearly the wrong firm and very unprofessional of whomever filed it.
