Wall Mart Think TERRIBLE IMPOSSIBLE SERVICE. Think 4hours without solution. We had an issue with an online order not going through. After researching their web online service the deal seamed good we placed an order.
We got a confirm email order placed then 20 minutes later sorry order canceled. Called and talked to a rep and she did not see why it was canceled. We thought maybe got put in wrong for payment so she put it in again herself... (We will say she tried).
AGAIN same result. Called my credit card service said everything was OK and they saw the attempt, but Wall mart stopped the order.... I called customer service and they said they can't see a reason why, but they could send a ticket over to the home office to see why it might take several days....
Read this... Wall mart policy (IT MIGHT TAKE SEVERAL DAYS FOR US TO FIGURE OUT WHY YOU CAN'T MAKE AN ORDER FROM US) Now get this!!!
We called the home office. The lady answered, "Home Office how can I help you." While starting to explain the reason for the call she immediately transferred the call to an automated line.... Not, "I need to transfer you" or anything....
We called back and asked what happened and said that they could not help us. SO if you are buying something from WALL MART now you know why they used the word WALL. When you see wall mart think.,
"IF I buy this product and ever have a problem with it getting customer service is like running in to a WALL I might be better off getting a used one at a yard sale" IE Wall-Like customer service...
