I have areas of the painted house that are cracking, peeling, flaking, & chalking. These are all covered under the lifetime warranty (The total price of $17,090.00 included the Lifetime Warranty for this approximately 2,600 square foot house). After receiving my 10-31-05 fax concerning this matter, Joseph Milazzo, came to my house to see these areas of concerns & stated that he would repair them. Since then he has not returned any of my 14 calls nor scheduled the repairs.
Since they are not going to honor their Lifetime warranty & will not return any of my calls, I would like a partial refund to cover the continual cracking, flaking, peeling & chalking as well as to cover the eventual repainting of the house.

Wallcoat Not Authorized to Market Liquid Ceramic

I am not an employee of Wallcoat, Inc., a Florida corporation. I represent the company who owns the rights to sell Liquid Ceramic in the United States.
Wallcoat, Inc. purchased product from our company and did not have authorization to represent the product in the manner in which they did, and apparently, with the number of complaints we have received about their company, they seemed to have a problem properly applying the product.
Our contract for the Orlando dealership was a company called Florida Liquid Ceramic, Inc. The owners of that company, Joe Milazzo and Phil Castellano, an attorney in New York, decided to promote their "own product" which they do now, however, they purchased our product and sold it under their new company, Wallcoat, Inc.
We have received numerous complaints from customers of Wallcoat.
Liquid Ceramic is sold in Canada under a different name, is manufactured by a public company and has a history of good performance on buildings for 40+ years. It is for that reason that we decided to market this product in the U. S. in the year 2000. No one has ever, to our knowledge, had a claim against this product, only the BAD APPLICATION of this product.
Since Wallcoat, Inc. did not have the right to market our product, i.e. advertise it and make claims about it, we want the public to understand that we are in no way connected with Wallcoat, Inc. We market our product through legitimate dealers and painting contractors who are under specific instruction not to mis-represnet the product.
