Walled Lake Credit Bureau, LLC Sending bogus letters saying they are from Bank of America Home Loans, saying your mortgage is behind 2 months. Broomfield, Colorado

I have received 3 packets from this company.  I called the first time and they said they would take me off the list.  I just got another one saying that my mortgage is two months behind.  They say they are with Bank of America Home Modification Department.  They want you to send this big packet of information back to them with all your personal information. 

While on the phone with them they said the only way to get off their list is to talk to Bank of America's Loan Modification Department and I was transferred to that department.  The person I spoke to said this company is a third party and has nothing to do with B of A.

I have gotten daily calls for the past month from this company even on Christmas Eve.  I want this stopped and will file complaints with whomever I need to file a complaint with.
