Walled Lake School Bus Drivers Intimidation of fellow employees Walled Lake, Michigan

Today June 6th 2011 Mr. Kirk Huddleston lost his Def/Slander case in Macomb County Michigan.  Mr. Huddleston was sued by Utica Attorney John Temrowski ( The one and only) for Def/Slander.  The case # is 2010-005044-NZ.   The party was given $250,000.00 in damages b/c this guy or better referred to by the court as a callous Coward slandered a family business on the internet.  Can you say Karma????  I told his ex-wife Lisa Markowicz Huddleston that I was going to run this son of a b***h's a*s up a flag pole and thats exactly what happened.   
    Judge James Biernat Jr. was appauled at what was written on all of the examples that I brought in of Mr. Huddlestons work.  While he was so busy trying to slander my family name and businesses I kept my cool long enough to know that this idiot was to much of a p***y to show his face in the court room.  Not only was this guy running like a chicken when his wife filed for divorce in Feb of 2007 everytime I tried to serve him ,but he did it this time as well.   The guys on every dating sight known to man and or pervert and when she decides to get out of the marriage you'd think he'd be happy yet ran like a leopard to avoid being served ( must have been the tax return he lied about).   This time it was a little more difficult but well worthit.  
    I'm going to financially choke this guy like the chicken he is for what he wrote but no matter what its personal satisfaction just knowing he has to pay the $ to even file it in a Bankruptcy in 2016 LOL!
This would make 3 times this guy couldn't manage his affairs ( uhhhummm no pun intended) or his finances.  He lives off his wife who unfortunately has been nothing but a menace to the whole situation as well.  She called me in December and was crying to me how her husband walked out on her.  Though this didn't surprise his ex-wife at all to her it was simply 'typical' of the guy I actually almost dropped a tear for her sake and I don't even know why.  
    Lets not forget that he supposably was deceased according to his "mail" that came back to my office but I too soon found out No such luck.  You think this grown p***y would have learned by now that it just does you NO good whatsoever.  In January he lost visitation of his now young son for exactly this kind of behavior.  Like I've said many times before he simply has nothing better to do with his time and how happy can he be in his 'marriage' to spend so much time on me and others not named here.   All I can say is "Thanks Buddy"!!!!!!!!  I will be mailing this judgement out to people I am sure will appreciate it, businesses he's put an act on for and future victims I can see coming his way.

Here they go, hope this doesn't go around the garage the way the other posts did. Now we are all crazy according to Kirk and Kim Huddleston. Jennifer, Cindy, his ex-wife Lisa and all the other people who would have written on this venue to put in their 2 cents.  She's comical as hell but when I went and notified her of what the "new post said she told me her attorney contacted her and told her that Kirk was deceased b/c the returned mail from his defamation/slander case came back and it was written "Deceased" across the envelope. I don't think she fell for any of it because when I asked her what her response to that was she said "Ding Dong the d**k is dead!"  What Kirk and Kim Huddleston write is nothing but bullshit but what she says she can back up.  This jerk really is being sued for def/slander the case# is 2010-005044-NZ  He's toast!!!   Why would Kim who has been known to hide alcohol in 5 hour energy bottles worry about anyone else's parenting skills?  The dummy she's married to had his parenting time taken away for the way he treated his 12 year old son. That case is also in Macomb Co case #  2007-000-481  January of this year he lost his parenting time for the rotten things he did to his 12 year old son. Now Kim is claiming she's giving birth to a spawn in 6-8 wks from this creep and boasts about his fatherhood skills???
That would worry me just a little. Who would care if Kirk was peaking at anyone naked one way or the other considering both of them. She's built like a gnome and him an ostrich from head to toe! I wouldn't throw stones.  Now to add insult to injury Lisa told me that her lawyer recieved a phone call from Kim Huddleston back in December claiming he walked out on her and to stop sending mail b/c she did not know where he was.  So in other words everyone Kirk walked out on his wife in December, died within the last week according to mail and is expected to be a father for the 2nd time in the next couple of months....Its official he's created his own trilogy lol.  

Kim DOES hide behind who she is! She does NOT talk to people to their face and as far as a wife and a mother I think the writing is on the wall Don't You?

I don't hide behind phone names or false reports.  Jennifer, if I had anything bad to say about you, I would have told you to your face or at least put my name on anything.  this is the first I've seen of this report.  I am an excellent mother and wife.  I divorced my first husband but everyone knows what a nutcase he turned into.  So you should get your facts straight, Jennifer.

As for Lisa Huddleston, she is beyond a nutcase.  This is a woman that has been in drug rehab 3 times over the last 10 years, almost lost her one kid from CPS and just can't seem to keep out of other people's businesses.   Since her divorce, she has broken into confidential hospital records and is still being investigated by HIPPA.  She hacked into my brother and sister in-laws email and cell phone account.  She hacked into my mother and father-in-laws email and bank account  information.  She has hacked into everything of me and my husband; email accounts, cell phone accounts, bank accounts, hospital records, etc.  She has called both of my husbands' last two employers pretending to be someone else.  She had a some remote access to our home computer and we have no idea how long she was doing that.  I don't know anything about IP addresses but if anything traces back to me then you can bet she was behind it.

She first called me after I moved in with my soon-to-be husband and said that it was okay to move in with her ex-husband like i needed her approval.  then in the same breath told me i could come stay with her if my fiancee ever beat me up.  i had never even met this woman.  then after i moved in she had her attorney pull me and my husband into court because we were living together and she demanded to see a marriage certificate.  the judge laughed her out the door.  plus we were married anyways.  

She follows us everywhere we go.  Both times we have moved she knew the next day what our address was, how much our rent was and what school my daughter went to and what time school started.  my husband is an excellent man and father. she contacted my ex-husband and made up a bunch of stories of me and my husband.   Her son, Nicholas,  was doing great in school while his father was tutoring him until she couldn't stand it and starting making waves with the courts and now he is flunking all of his classes and is in special education classes now.  and the kid is actually a bright little boy.  Her oldest daughter is flunking out as well and has already had on abortion at 16. Yeah great mother.

as far as these flat tires, omg, we are so tired of hearing about it.  one time she texted my husband to say that he was peeking through her bedroom window to look at her naked which is not a pretty sight and how he had flattened her tires that same night and we were in Mississippi at the time. another time we were with his parents the whole day.  so my husbands parents know she is a liar.  she has also filed domestic violence against my husband three times and the judge and prosecutor have laughed it out of the court every time.  meanwhile she is a joke at the Birmingham Police department, they all know her and think she is a nut.

as far as cindy hogan, you should do your homework, Jennifer.  i did get called by the Oakland County police and i voluntarily took a lie detector test and it proved that i didnt do any damage to cindy's car nor did i have any knowledge about it.  then after Lisa made her phone calls and starting connecting my co-workers lie the obsessed woman she is, my husband was asked to take a lie detector test too.  he also was shown to have been telling the truth.  i found it very strange that he nephew, Ricard Markowicz, was fleeing police in Arizona and was living with her the same week that this incident happened.  

and just so you know Jennifer, back in October, Walled Lake Schools thought they had me and were going to hang me.  now in the past 6 months I have been offered $1200, then $5000, then $7000, then $15000 and now $23,000.  and the reason for this is the fact that cindy never thought i had kept her text messages that she sent me about cheating on her husband and what really happened with my broken wrist which is that it happened at work. there was 7 text messages exchanged between us and she picked out 2 of them and turned it into WLS. that opened some eyes and questions. thank god I gave my old phone to my father and he didnt know how to erase text messages.  also strange how cindy decided that it was her moral obligation to turn me in only after, 3 weeks from the time I broke my wrist and after she had fears of her husband finding out about her flings in New York and locally with other men.  i would love for Jill to get off of her lazy a*s and check out Cindys calendar for when she can smoke pot in between drug test(DT) and her phone records for how she texts while driving children on a school bus neither of which i had any intention of telling anyone.  i prefer to mind my own business but since every one is so interested in mine.  

So i hope that you feel better venting on me, Jennifer.  kind of hard for me to believe you are such good friends with Cindy after everything i have heard her say about you since we have been friends the past 7 years.  and I defended you every time.  cindy was the one that wrote the comments about you while I was still working for WLS but you have your IP address proof and the out of the blue phone call from my husbands ex-wife.  Getting remote access to someone's computer and taking over their IP address is not hard.  all you have to do is send them an email and have them respond.  then its pretty easy for someone that has computer skills.  you didn't like it when people were talking negative things about you Jennifer so why would you do it about someone else???  i hope i don't have to go back to work at that hell hole.  you women all wonder where the problems come from, it's from all the gossip and people saying things they don't know anything about.

as for Lisa, you display what a loser is all about.  what exactly makes you a winner??????  I'm proud of my husband.  he found a new career, opening his own business.  he works hard and makes good money doing it.  and he does it on his reputation so i don't know how much of a loser he can be.  after what i went through with my first husband I wouldnt be having another baby at my age in the next 6-8 weeks if i didn't know without a doubt what a good father Kirk is.  spend more time taking care of you kids and less time worrying everyone else and the Judge Alex show.  roflmao.  you can see where that went.

Lets set the stage here, lets just call this "Dumb & Dumber" starring Kirk and Kim Huddleston.Of coarse I could be considered the "dumbest" because I was actually married to this joker. Dumb meets Dumber and lies to this woman and tells her he's "not married" Dumber believes him and this is the start of another disturbing relationship."Dumbest" realizes "dumb" is the worst thing that ever came into her life and files for a divorce hoping Dumb stays with Dumber and they basically do everyone a favor and leave the Country. My attitude was literally "He's your problem now.

Yes, Its true...last week it was brought to my attention that Kim Huddleston confided in her then friend "Jennifer" that my ex-husband Kirk Huddleston was coming by my home and vandalizing my car. (Post # 32) Maybe she should have stayed at home and been caring for her own children instead of putting the lives of mine in danger and driving the get a way car. These 2 idiots (Jennifer said it best) came by my home repeatedly and were using an ice-pik to pop holes in the side walls of my tires. God forbid them not do the job where the whole tire would have to be replaced. Two dummies not thinking for a second that 2 children were passengers in this car as well. These are 2 people that supposably "care" about children and are "parents" themselves.

Though I was glad that I was informed of what"Jennifer" wrote, It was nothing that I, my daughter or mine and Kirks son honestly didn't already know. Our son is the one I felt the worse for, this is someone he calls "Dad". I'm sure you can see how proud he must be. Kirk is so concerned on everyone else "getting a life" yet he does not seem to have one as well. "Jennifer, this idiot literally doesn't have anything better to do, I could have told you that. All the reports and rebuttals are his work of art, not too many opinions of others.

Just google his latest victims and you will see what he spends his spare time doing. Alexandra Markowicz (my daughter)....Lisa Markowicz or Lisa Markowicz Huddleston that would be (me) Royal Oak Beaumont ( my place of employment) Amanda Kole (One of the magistrates at the F.O.C in Macomb county) (Paul Gimik and Instyle painting) Kims ex-husband and his place of business....and his newest victim would be the man thathas stepped up and is taking him to court for slander/defimation of character...my attorney "John Temrowski" The day Mr. Temrowski laid his mother to rest Kirk Huddleston decides to play God and dictate who does and does not go to heaven....As if they are just waiting to open the pearly gates for people such as himself....Please. Of coarse lets not forget he is "sybil" and plays the characters of about 100 different people.

He's either that person that says..."I know this person" or "I went to school with this person" or "I work with this person" or everyone else in between. In my case if you see from way back anyway "Lisa Troy" wich is where I lived at the time that would be me, if you see "Lisa- Birmingham" thats what Kirk wrote to pretend it was me speaking on my behalf.....just like he did to "Jennifer". I am so glad she stood up, identified herself and defended herself. Her personal business wasn't Kirk or Kims to put all over a national forum but it was put best by someone within the garage that spoke to me "Its what they do, Its their MOJO so to speak.

These 2 don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of but now they claim they have a "Nanny Cam" installed in their home and have turned into the "Crime Stoppers". The only thing is the camera should be pointed in their direction and their direction only. I can't say that things have been easy but I thank God everyday that my kids don't have to deal with this on a daily basis anymore.Whats even more comical is KMH as you will see in other posts (Hundreds of them) is Kirk Michael Huddleston....The one and only gutless wonder....but the article with my name on it is supposed to be coming from his wife. Get it straight dude!

I'm sure you will see a million things to follow on here where Kirk will do to me what he did to Jennifer. He will start writing posts with poor grammar, bad spelling and then sign my name to it. The one he did on Miss Kole went aroundthe Macomb County F.O.C. like wildfire only they instantly knew better. We will be back there on January 10th 2011. You see unlike what he's married to now, I don't tolerate his poor behavior or put up with his B.S. True I don't take the law into my own hands but I don't back down either. This is the only guy I know that files his own motions in courtand doesn't show up. Not to mention doesn't know the definition to the word....substitute processing.

These 2 will never change, we all know that and unfortunately I have to deal with him more than I care to but like Jennifer said Karma has a way of kicking someone right in the a*s. This woman is really a Pain in the a*s. She pretends to be people that she's not. We've had to change our locks twice now. As far as who believes me and who doesn't, I really don't care. I have done nothing wrong and it will all come out soon.

But LISA HUDDLESTON needs to get a life. You are divorced, get on with your life. You've called the last two jobs of my husband and the last two jobs I've had. What is your problem, seriously? I'll bet you didn't realize we had a nanny-cam installed from the last time you let yourself in to our home-uninvited.

You've been sadly mistaken.  The person you are referring to has had nothing but nice things to say about you and you should know better but you've clearly heard what you were intended to hear so I'm not going to try to convince you otherwise.   I just know a little bit more to the story that you don't know.

It's a woman and her BALD-TURD husband.  I am totally disgusted that someone I thought I knew, and respect, and loved as a friend, would stoop to the level that she has.  She was one of the people I said would never change after surgery, that would stay true.  Well that all changed the day she met that freak husband of hers.  She told me stories of how she went with him to vandalize his ex-wifes car, and how he tormented his ex-wife, and what do you know??? They did it and are doing it to another person.

Where do I fall into all of this????? I have no idea, but they took it to this level and I will NOT allow my family, my friends or myself be made a fool of.  I have friends in HIGH places and you will STOP this or you will regret it.

I basically go by the belief that I believe anyone until they give me reason not to.  I met this poor woman about a month ago at Krogers, it's the second time I've seen her and both times she was there limping through the store.  I would like to think that I am pretty well liked by management as well as my co-workers at transportation.

I have heard of a lot of bus driver strikes but this one seems to have a bunch of women just acting like nuts.  I would be concerned for my childs' safety with this district.  I could just see one driver cutting another one off the road.

I wouldn't want either of my sons to ride on a bus with any of these nuts. 

First of all, Cindy Hogan is my good friend and I don't believe any of the accusations against her.  As far as Kimmy, I barely know her.  So I have to believe the one I know the best.  Anyone that knows me, knows that I say just what's on my mind.

I have been working for Walled Lake transportation for over 20 years and have never seen so much back-stabbing in my life.  When I saw the name Cindy Hogan I couldn't help but to respond.  That girl has a big mouth.  I heard that she was the one slamming people on here as she confessed to it to a friend at the garage.  I also got wind of this car insurance scam.  She wanted a new paint job or to wipe out a ding in her door and just decided to make it look like someone did it. Plus, I think this was a form of intimidation to stop someone from returning to work.  When I heard the name that Cindy gave the Walled Lake police, I almost died laughing.

The security at transportation is very tight and I just don't see anyone sneaking in there and doing any thing.  With all of the drivers coming in and out, it would be impossible not to mention risky.  I just think this woman has made us all look bad from the things I have heard the last few weeks.  She makes up a story on a nice girl that was supposed to be her friend just to cover up the possible exposure of an affair she had on her husband once in New York, and another affair with another driver at the garage over the period of several years.  Plus, I also heard about how she marks her purse calendar with "DT" for drug test every six weeks.  This is done so that she can smoke her weed with her college daughter for about four weeks in between that time.  Now why would the school district have someone that is high half the time as opposed to someone that has always seemed very nice to me.

I ran into "Kimmy", I don't remember her last name, at the store just yesterday and I must say, she was reluctant enough to get into too many of the details which I actually thought was rather mature even though I could tell she wanted to.  All she said was ' don't believe everything you hear'.  She did make a comment that I guess Walled Lake School's attorney called this past week and said that they have witnesses from March that are saying that they saw her come into work with a broken wrist back in the spring time the day she got hurt.   Now come on.   Most of us can't even open our eyes until we've had our second cup of coffee.  Jill probably went around the garage and told people that if they would be witnesses, she would give them more hours.  If that were me, I would want to kick this Hogan girl's a*s but Kimmy seems to be taking it in stride.

And since this is all anonymous, yes, Jill Segal is a real tool.  The problem is, everyone is looking to suck up to her.  The ones that suck up get the hours, the ones that don't she screws over.  It's almost like you have to bribe her to keep your job. She hasn't screwed with me yet but I take her at face value.  I can't say it any better than one of the other authors, ever since Jill took over the garage has been a real hole to work in.  Some people are still thinking it's because of the privatization issue from last year but I can assure you it's 80% Jill Segal.  She's doing her best to pass it off as that being the issue but the fact is she can't do the job.  When you are in a management position you have occasionally give your workers praise and compliments.  And when they do need correction, you try and understand their actions and give them some way that they can improve their performance.  Marilyn was very good at these qualities.  Jill doesn't have a clue.

Peace all.  Kimmy, I don't know if there is any chance you might see this posting but I told you that you are free to get a hold of me if I can be of any assistance.  I told you where I hang out at on the weekends.

Whom ever you are, don't attempt to act like you're reporting as me.  I DID NOT post that last report...I have and always will say my REAL name and I will ALWAYS back up my friends.  Whom ever you are, you're trying to cause more problems at work where it doesn't need to be.  You aren't even an employee anymore, I guarantee it.  So stay away, like you know you should.

Finally, someone stepped up and told me who the person that made their little slams about me and my family.  Anyone that knows me, knows that I do not back down to anyone and am not afraid to say what I think.  You have no idea how bad it is killing me to have to stay anonymous but I don't need any trouble.  

lawsuits, complaints and claims under her than in the history of the transportation department.  So if Walled Lake schools can add 2+2 and come up with 4 then they're not very bright.  I think this is her second year, she has failed miserably, GET HER OUT---bye, bye!!!!

I used to love going to work.  Now it's nothing but arguing and backstabbing and I blame the management for a lot of it.  When we used to have Marilyn, everyone was dealt with fairly and impartially.  Our new supervisor actually thrives on creating confrontations amongst bus drivers.  I'm not quite sure where her bitterness and hostility comes from but this woman is a real piece of work.

It's stupid written-ups, taking favorites and then the less desirables, manipulative games, and creating hard feelings.  I'm 50 years old and feel like I'm in kindergarten.  And I've tried to get along with this woman, never raised my voice or lied to her but have accused of everything you would believe.

I think the superintendent of WL schools needs to wake up and see where the problem is coming from.

Well without trying to sound like I'm begging.  I really wish you'd tell me so this could be a bad memory.  I would never use your name or harm you in any way.  I guess names aren't important to some when it comes to "rumors" or whatever.  But in this case, I'd really like to know.  I have someone trying to help me right now, but it isn't an easy task.

I have the best friends in the world at that garages, I have people I look up to and I have people I watch work behind the scenes to make it easier for people to function around there.  Never EVER did I think there were people like Yosemite or whatever HER name is, that could be that cruel. 

Call me nieve, call me stupid, but I really seriously never thought that someone could try to break someone down so bad.

The only thing I'm going to miss if this privatization doesn't go through (because I will not be able to afford to work there anymore) is the way that we all come together in times of need....hands down, the most generous bunch.  But for people like Yosemite, they will never find peace, they will never be a whole human being and they will never be satisfied with anything NORMAL.....they have to try and hurt others to hide their own flaws.  I am ok with mine, but they aren't with theirs.

I really hope you tell me who it is before the last day of school, I want nothing more to give to them, what they've given to me.....

We won't be moving to Walled Lake any time soon.

Well the first thing I have to say is wow, were did these bus drivers come from. My children do not attend this school district, I just happened upon this report. Let me tell you it makes you all look very bad.

I can't believe the horrible language these bus drivers use sounds more like truck drivers to me. I wouldn't put my child on a bus driven by any of these people. I don't know anything about this school district, but I do know you are giving your district a bad name acting like this on a public forum.

 I would be ashamed if the district my child attends aired their dirty laundry like you have. And for the bus driver#54: Why would you say all of those things and post your driver# for all to see?

I know who it is that wrote the original report and it's the same person that has been trashing you thereafter, even if they used different names.  I've toyed with telling you for a few months now but I just hate to drag my name or other names through all the rumors and nasty gossip that sometimes goes on around work.  I would hate to get into an argument in the parking lot.

You've always been cool to me, Jenn, and you're alright in my book.  Just think back 6-7 years ago about a b***h that got in your face and see if you can't add two and two together.  I just don't believe in trashing names on the internet or I would tell you right here.  If it's any consolation to you, I got into a fight with her over the nasty, hurtful comments that she put on this site about you.  She'll deny any knowledge about it if you were to confront her but that's because she's a coward.  She only finds her courage in drugs and alcohol and decides to slam you.  I chose to stay out of it because I don't want to get interrogated by everyone.  But just remember who your friends are and who isn't and I think you will be able to piece it together.  She's pathetic and I hope you confront her this week at work about this vindictive behavior.

IF and I mean IF any of your immature comments about what you THINK you know, about my life meant ANYTHING to ANYONE, especially me, the only thing I think I could say is.....WHEN, not IF I find out which spineless...fake a*s, P.O.S. you are, trust me....splashing what you THINK you know of my personal life on a public forum, will seem like childs play.  Seeing as you do have some idea of my marital issues, my children, and my work place attitude, shows me that you at some time THOUGHT you knew me, but take this in to consideration.  You are going to be very very very sorry you went in this direction.  I obviously touched on a nerve when I said you "lie, steal and cheat the system."  This is why I have a very good idea of who you are.  There aren't many of "YOUR" kind around the garage, so it will be fun to find out who.

As for me disagreeing with management, you bet your a*s I have on certain subjects, but I NEVER disrespect, or demean ANYONE in that position.  I have the balls to say that I will always stick up for myself.....ALWAYS.  And I have the balls to NOT disagree with them on a forum that the public can read.  I go to the source, and if you had the balls to do so, you'd fess up to who you are, before I find out for myself.

I just don't think that you are ultimately the best spokesperson, Jennifer.  I'm not saying I am either but it's certainly not you.  When you've been married as many times as you have it can't all have been the husband/father's fault every time.  So just cut the, I care so much about kids, routine.  If you care so much about your kids then why don't you try sticking with one of their fathers for more than one presidential election term?

I probably does need to go back to skool so I could be smert like you is. Your so intelligent and creative that I was almost afraid to sit down and write back. As far as grammar and punctuation....so sorry that you failed as a teacher and had to become a bus driver.  That's a pity.  What's even more of a pity is the fact that this job is just a paycheck to you and nothing more.  With your heartless comments, there is NO WAY you care about anyone but your selfish self, and the children that the "ding-a-lings" like me and mine care SO much about, you could give two craps about.

I find it amusing that for such a smart a*s you appear to be, that you won't even identify yourself.  At least Jennifer identified herself.  We all know she is a ding-a-ling but at least she's not afraid to put her name to her comments.

I am totally disgusted in where this forum of the concern for our jobs has gone.  IT went from "we're losing our jobs" to attacking our union and supervisor.  This and only this is one of the main reasons that the district is looking to our department for cuts and privatization.

I have worked there for over 8 years and in that time, I have seen some pretty bad things.  But this tops it.  What do you people think is going to happen when the public reads your derogatory comments about our boss, union president and employees? 

Your stupidity is making all of us look like fools, and detouring from the facts!!!  We need to concentrate on what needs to be done to save our jobs, keep our kids safe and stay united as a group.  Not devide and attack!!!

As for the parent attacking us for complaining about our jobs.  She obviously has no idea that we care more about the kids and not the money.  Obviously, we'd be doing other things to make a living.  I can not think of one person in our building that hasn't given an extra moment to a child to make them feel safe or happy, or an extra thought at what may or may not be bothering a certain child.  Somewhere along the way these same parents take us for grantit, but we are here for the children.  End of Story!!

The fact of the matter is if you don't like your job then just leave, I think it is ridiculous that you guys use this site to express your displeasure with your employment and management. This school year has been a drag for us all.  I think it was like someone else mentioned.  You would think that with all of the stress that the bus drivers are going through; risk of losing their jobs, health insurance, pension, etc. that Jill Segal could try and show some kindness and understanding.  As far as the union, you take the good with the bad.

Who's actual decision was it to hire Jill?  I mean, there we are, driving around hundreds of screaming kids, stressed out like you wouldn't believe.  How does stressing us out more than we already are, do anyone any good?  That woman aggrevated me so much this past two months that I almost walked right out on the job.  I'm glad I didn't but it's a shame that one person could get you to that point.  

Maybe the strike would have happened anyways but ever since she has taken over life has been a living hell.  I've always tried to be nice to this woman but she seems to take pleasure in making everyone's life hell.  I heard all of the rumors about how her husband only make loves to her with a blanket over her and I defended her, saying it was just a stupid and nastly rumor.

Truth be known, I have no idea whether or not that rumor is true and currently I have 4 fellow employees that think she is the biggest witch they have ever come across.  And the way it's all looking, we might not even have a job after this year anyways.  So why be so mean to people?  It's like she's already off looking for her next promotion, but whoever gives one to her would be doing a great injustice.  She has no people skills, she's dishonest, she'll tell you one thing to your face then turn around and do something else.

Walled Lake School did a lot of this to themselves.

You don't even have a clue as to what you are talking about.  I DID show up for as many meetings and rallys as I could.  The few I couldn't show up was when my kids had activities that I had to take them to or when I had a relative that was literally in hospice.  So go f**k yourself with how I should support my union.  That was my whole point.  Walled Lake Employees should not have had to worry about their plate numbers being written down for fear if an emergency comes up over the weekend.  Do you hear what you are saying or just talk out of your a*s?

Let me come over and shoot all of your children and burn down your house and see if you show up for the picket line on Maple Road on Saturday.  Somehow, I'm guessing you wouldn't be there.  And that was my whole point.  Clearly, you are a bus driver who's life is going well for you.  The past year of my life, I've dealt with some issues in my family that has made it one of the worse years I can remember.  So please don't speak for me when you open your stupid mouth.

As for the UNION itself, what a joke.  The lady that ran the union has no business running it.  She had no idea about this privitization issue until about 2-3 days before the board meeting.  And, the employees can't even miss a lousy day of work without being written up by the new management that now runs Walled Lake School Busing.  Mariliyn did a much better job than the witches that now run it could even dream of doing.  I am speaking about a handful of drivers too, not just or only about myself.

I've seen people's spouses and parents die this past year and the Walled Lake School Transportation Department feels as if it is an appropriate reaction to threaten them with their jobs or not even bother to send flowers to the funeral.  Just a lack of compassion for your fellow-human beings.

I know over 20 people that work for Walled Lake Schools Transportation and I have witnessed all of these things happen this year alone.  If privitization was going to happen, then it was going to happen anyways.  Where the problem has been has been with the lack of support of drivers for their co-workers and the upper management for the DRIVERS that got them to where they are now.  That has been the problem.

I will grant you the fact that there are a lot of drivers that pull a lot of non-sense such as being sick the same time every year or faking work accidents but MOST of them are honest.  Privitization is simply a political issue, what will be, will be.

But as for management and the union representative, I don't know how they get up and look themselves in the eye in the morning.

I am a proud and dedicated Driver for Walled Lake Schools.  For 10 years I did not fix my children breakfast or wait with them at their bus stop.  I did not pick them up from school, or go to holiday parties or halloween parades. 

I have wiped tears, I have given hugs when needed,  I have told little ones that are the most beautiful, or handsome.  That they can be WWE Wrestlers or Bug Doctors.  I have sacrificed parts of my life as a parent to support Walled Lake Schools,  Parents, and Students. 

I have been to every rally and been very involved in raising Community Awareness.  I am also a member of the "Union" mentioned in the above report.  I have not, I will not, abuse, intimidate, or bully any other members of  the association of which I am a member. 

I have spoken to several co-workers who have expressed their concern for their job but for various reasons they don't attend the rally's.  My response to them is that all of us are different and can handle different amounts of stress and pressures.  We all have families and obligations.  We give up alot of family time just doing our job. 

I am completly offended at the way the reporter above has gone about this.  It would have been better handled by approaching those in our department who can and will confront those who are behaving innapproapriatly. 

This is a very stressful economic time for all of us, not just with our employment but locally and nationally.   On your bahalf and on bahalf of the safety of the students I have driven over the last 10 years, and drove today,  I will continue to fight the privatization and auctioning off of Walled Lake School Support Services.  

Well, Well, Well..... As a tax paying citizen in the Walled Lake School district who utilizes the public transportation system for busing my child, I take offense to unionized employees crying about doing a job that they get paid well by the hour to do. I do realize that the yearly salary may not add up to a substantial amount but you chose it. If your concerned about losing your job due to privatization why would you not want to stand up for YOUR union. It seams that the bashing of YOUR union mates in the report posted may just be sour grapes. What benefit would be gained by someone writing down my LICENSE PLATE? People can line up in my driveway and write mine down all day long, if I'm guilty of nothing, what's to worry? Guilty Conscience maybe? It's funny that in your post above you think this disvalues the good THEY are doing. You don't sound to concerned about losing your job just crying about what other people are saying. I'm trying to think of something I heard when I was a kid.....oh, I got it.....sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me. If you've not been watching the news much lately in the last oh I don't know 2 or 3 years, everybody has some sort of economic or family issue that they are dealing with. It seams that the best intentions of the report that was wrote is an attempt to try to justify the people who don't want to give in order to get. I've seen these rally's at the corners and I've spoke to several of these people putting forth effort to stand up for what they believe in, I don't get the sense they are on high horses, more like Shetland Ponies, fearing for their jobs. If your comments about their barbaric and threatening attitude is correct, I can only say at least they have the ball bearings to face someone and say what they think in person and not an internet report site.
