Waller Truck Co. - Adam Crowley Waller Truck and Adam Crowley tried to ruin my career and my marriage Excelsior Springs Missouri

i believe the driver and the people he mentioned in the ad he was telling the truth about them. amy is a stupid lying b***h that doesnt care anything about the drivers and i wouldnt be suprised if josh is f**king her. tim is an a*****e as well so is becky. the company is full of decieving lying assholes that will do anything to screw a driver!

I worked for that worthless none paying company for several years about 7 or 8 years ago. I had no problems with any employees in office tring to hit on my wife or anything..haha, if you seen them, you'd know what I am talking about!! lol!! But a relative of mine worked there while I did and he said Tim Crowley sexually harrassed him (he swears it up and down to this day), and that he was fired or quit for rejecting his advances. Well, I couldnt see myself working there any longer because of that so I turned in my truck to Excel Springs Term, let them know I quit. Well, to get to the point, they cheated me on my pay check by stating I drove out of route and recovery charges and put I abandand their truck and that I was fired on my DAC! My relative got messed with more than me!!!
Now, Of course it didnt hurt me at all, with 10 + years OTR experence and a clean MVR, truck jobs are everywhere!!! Most of companys I have been with have heard or read online, the storys about Wallers so they dont take anything they say with any merit. They see all the other good references from real trucking companys that tell how good this professional driver is and it's a no brainer!! I still wish I would have went on to file a suit against them, but the past is the past. They had their paybacks, even tho they might not have any idea on when or how, I know they have, and that my friends makes it well worth the trouble...haha!!
To the driver whom filed this, you arn't alone, we're out here. The others who they screwed for resigning or upsetting the clan that works in the office there in Excelsior Springs Missouri!! My advice is what he said, DONT work for outfit! They dont pay worth anything, and when you decide you have had enough, you will probably get bent over...by TIM....litterally...lol, and your pay/DAC report!!

I dont get it, Why if a driver gets let go or has a bad experience at a company that person has to lie about the people they work for. I am a current driver for waller truck inc in excelsior springs missouri. I have been with this company for about a year and a half now. I have had nothing but good treatment by all the office personel here at waller. Yes it is true that most of the people here that work int he office are eaither related or grew up together but what do you expect with a small regional based small town company. Now I for one am not from these parts so I have no idea who most people are around here but yet they still treat me like family. If I have any problems they are taken care of asap. I do know Adam Crawley in dispatch. No he is not my dispatcher but if there is a problem and my dispatcher is out h is there to help. He looks after the drivers no matter whos board they are one. He is a family man and in no way would ever do anything to put that on the line. So this driver and Adam did not see eye to eye. Well that happens. He should of gone to someone like Becky Zeller and explaned the situation. Did he do that no. He drums up a bunch of b.s. on Adam and the company to try and make him look good. If you say you have this photographic evidence then come back and prove it. Kinda funny when they asked me to go and pick up his truck from lake of the ozarks. Oh wait thats right you say you turned it in. Huh guess you cant tell the difference from the yard and your driveway. Oh and you say that you turned in your truck and waller tore up your truck so they could charge you. Get real. Do you and anyone else who reads what you wrote think that a company is gonna tear p their own truck just to make you look bad and mess up your dac. Please your so full of it. You did not like the company for whatever personal reasons and now you wanna strum up b.s. on the company you came to on your own free will. Its not like you were forced to come to waller. Lets see how many other companies you have done this to. I bet your just one of thoes job hopping truck drivers who has nothing better to do than try and make a company look bad. Guess we will have to keep our eye out for the next company you put pu on here. Dont think it will be to long till that shows up. Like i said at the start of this I do not know why drivers have to lie on a good company. Guess it makes you feel good. But for thoes of you that want to wok for a company that treat you like family then give them call. Dont take this guys word for it. Find some other waler drivers and ask them. You will get alot better idea of how the company is from a bunch of drivers not just one.

It is very sad that you could not perform your job duties adequetly and have to resort to a completely false report to make yourself feel good. I have never nor would I ever interfere with an employees personal life. That includes e-mails and phone calls. I am willing to put my job on the line if can produce your so called emails. If in fact there was mark on your dac than you should not have abandoned the truck so we had to recover it. You should have quit with respect, and infact you should have come to me, but of course you couldn't do that because it never happened.

So here is the deal I will make with you. Bring in the "proof" that this happened and I will resign from my position with Waller Truck. If you cannot do that than please reply to this with an appology so everyone will know that in fact you lied about all of this.

I think it takes a very insecure man to make up such a ridiculous story and put so many names in it, when in fact the only true thing in his report is that Josh is a good friend of mine and Tim is my uncle. Could it be you made that comment about Amy is because you knew she would never take an interest in you? So are you man enough to let all these people know you are a liar?

I will be looking forward to seeing your "proof".
