Here is my list of issues:

 Yesterday afternoon I dropped of 2 new scripts.  Went to pick one up in the drive thru,  waited in a long line for my turn  Asked for my Lamictal and recieved my Prozac.  So I parked went in and told them.  They couldn't find it and had to "fill" it.  So I waited again.  Looked and made sure it was my right one.............. Got home and went to take it before bed and it was the wrong miligram.  It should have been a starter kit of 25 milligrams.  It was a bottle of 200 milligrams.  Called this morning to ask about it and apprearantly the girl pulled up my old script from over a year ago and filled it instead of filling the new I turned in and she doesn't know how they made that mistake.  I have already paid to copays and still don't have the right dosage of meds.  I know have to go home get the bottle take it back and trade it for the right one!  Um there are some harsh side effects with this medication and you have to be careful about the dosage.  It has to be done on a tritation level. 

 On several differant occasion me or my husband have went it to pick up meds and they have "lost" them and had to go find them. 

A couple months ago I got a new medication.  I went to pick up and in a hurry. So I just paid for it and went home.  The next time I called to have it refilled.  The lady informed that it had not been preauthorzied yet and would not be covered??  Um why wasn't this mentioned before??  so I fought with them and my docs office for the next month trying to get it Authorized Wallgreens would say the doctor hadn't signed off and that they had a hand full of doctors that they Always have issues with and the doctors office would say they hadn't recieved a fax from Wallgreens!? WTH.  I finally gave up and called Baker's and asked them if they could try and get it taken care of.  Low and Behold the doctor got his fax a day later and filled it. 

Wallgreens is a nightmare and I think there staff needs to be better trained.  After i get my meds today I will call Bakers and have all my meds and family's meds changed over to them. I will not use Wallgreens unless I have to.
